Yes, but you'll have to set a logon script for each local user account -
you can't do it with group policy or via AD. For a small amount of users
you can do this manually with the Local Users and Groups console. You
can also do this with the command line. If you have many users I can
probably dig up/write a script for you. What are your client OSs?
