| Hi,
| I have a Win2000 Server which works fine for the Admin account. I have
created users and power users to use the same machine.
|
| When I login is user or power user, I keep getting a Windows Installer box
which is trying to install Office 2000. Office 2000 works fine under Admin
but here I keep canceling out and continue getting the Windows Installer.
Then finally, I get the following error:
| EError 1706: No Valid Source could be found for product Micosoft Office
2000 Premium. The Windows Installer can not continue.
|
| Is there a way to stop this? The installer is not looking at the CD drive
for the source.
|
| Where are the logon scripts that Windows Server 2000 uses when you boot
up? How can I stop the Windows installer rom launching?
|
| Thanks
