Leave the share permissions as they are, but for NTFS permissions, I
wouldn't use Everyone - I'd use domain users. And not full control for them,
either - modify is enough. Domain users=modify Administrators=full control
System=full control is what I've been using for a long time.

What errors does the user get when trying to access the share?
