I can't answer all your questions, but some here are some basic rules of
thumb I hope you'll find helpful as guidelines...
Exchange & SQL should be on their own separate *member* servers - they're
both resource hogs
Have at least two domain controllers
Have several GC servers
File/print should not be on a DC if at all possible
Re website - if you plan to host a publicly accessible website, firstly make
sure it's in a DMZ, not on your LAN - and I would probably not go with a
Windows box for that purpose at all.
