I think there's a better way entirely. You can schedule an NTBackup job
using task scheduler - that way there's no manual intervention involved. You
can either schedule the job from w/in NTBackup itself, or you can write a
batch file that references the saved .bks file for that job, and specify any
number of other variables/actions, such as ejecting tape upon completion of
job, etc - I do this all the time.
