Jeremy,

Thanks for the tips. I figured it out yesterday. It turns
out that my server that runs SBS 2003 had a different time
zone. I dont know if anyone has this problem before, but
my server was on Central America Time Zone for some
reason. The rest of the client PCs are on Central Time (US
& Canada). That's the reason why I wasn't able to browse
to any client PCs. Once i changed the time zone then
everything seems to be working just fine.
