Thank you for posting here.

Based my experience, if you shut down your computer using the power button,
the programs cannot notify the user to save data and properly quit the
programs. Also, without a proper shutdown, there is risk that the hard
disk may be damaged, especially when the hard disk was running and if you
click the power button. Therefore, we recommend that you select other
methods to shut down the computer. The last method you should resort to is
to press the power button.
