In Group Policy there is an option to 'Force logoff when logon hours
expire'.

This is located in Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security
Settings`Local Policies\Security Options\Network Security.

You will need to configure the available times on the users account.

Please note: This option does not log the user off the computer, it only
prevents them from accessing resources on the network during the restricted
times.
