But the cut of the problem is :
This is a fun one...
Unwanted answer: Reinstall XP/All your programs again...

Some history:
I have a Win XP Home Installation on Drive D,
I have recently installed Win 2003 EE (Evaluation Built:
4307) on Drive D,
  (Configured / Installed etc).
Rebooted to WinXP and find Program Files are protected
(Read Only/NTFS permissions created)

What settings has W2003 placed on the XP System to
prevent programs that were working now fail in Win XP
Home ?
To ultimatly solve the problem of what can I do to allow
the XP System to work with the Win 2003 system on the
same partition ?

(I can choose between W2003 and win XP and boot into
either system with not too many issues/problems).

I think that I remember reading a fix for this, can
anybody remeber where this is ?

(This did not happen when I looked at Win .NET ! -- its
got to be something to do with the new security stuff
permissions, I can't work out how to enable XP Home to
gain access to the necessary files/permissions to keep
these two working together again..)
