Travis;
You most likely have Blaster.
No action was required on your end other than having the unprotected
computer connected to the network.
Surfing, Email etc is not required since Blaster seeks unprotected
computers.
IMMEDIATELY disconnect the computer from the network.
IMMEDIATELY enable/install a firewall.
The patches are preventative and will not remove Blaster.
