A client of mine is having this problem- A user on windows
XP is unable to access audio files of a web site which are
in the Real Format. Other Users on the same platform are
able to access the same files. The users computer is using
a arabic language pack. The server just upgraded to
Windows 2003 when the problem started. Is this a server
Issue or a Platform issue? I have not been able to find
any documentation on a known issue that might be causing
this.
thanks
