Two of my seven 2003 Servers have this same problem. When I CTRL+ALT+DEL to login, the username/password/domain boxes are greyed out. I cannot type anything at all. VNC, same thing, remote desktop is ok. If I remote desktop in and reboot, I can login locally. After a few days, back to grey. 1 server on IBM Netfinity, other on Compaq Proliant. Netfinity is a DC and Proliant is a RRAS server. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
