How do I migrate workgroup network to Windows Server 2003 networking?

Some further clues:
1. It looks like the folders under "C:\Documents and
Settings" on Win2k Pro store user "profiles".
2. Win2k Pro and XP Pro include a facility to copy
profiles from one user to another:
My Computer (right click)
-> User Profiles tab
-> Profiles... list
-> Copy To... button
3. If the profile corresponds to a domain user account and
roaming profile is enabled on the server for that user, the
"Change Type..." button is also available for switching
between Roaming profile and Local profile.
