This is because your internal domain name is same
as registered and the web side is hosted somewhere else.
To solve this problem you have to configure your
server's DNS as under.
1. First obtain the Primary Names Server for the registered domain at the
domain registrar and its
IP address.
If evolvednetworks.com is your registered domain name then I found out that
the
required names server is ns1.bt.net and IP is 194.72.6.52.
2. Start DNS Manager. Right click on zone evolvednetworks.com and select
"new delegation".
3. Give delegated domain as: www
(Only 'www' and not the full website url)
4. click next, and click on add to add Names Server.
5. Give names server: ns1.bt.net and give it's IP address: 194.72.6.52

With creating delegation as above the internal user can access the site even
if your ISP who is hosting the web site changes, the IP address of the
website.

Many use a simpler solution of instead creating delegation as above they
just add a New Host (A) record 'www' in the domain zone and give the
IP address of the web server. This works only as long as the ISP does not
change the IP address of the web server. If he does then you will have
to keep changing the IP address accordingly for the www Host A record.
Therefore use the new delegation as given step by step above.
