Win 2003 server and languagesettings

Hi

I have installed an application on my ENG 2003 server that runs with a
Sybase database. In the application the swedish chars åäö getts replaced
by |. If i do a select with dbisql i can see åäö in the database. If i move
the application and the database to a machine that runs ENG Win XP the
applicaton show åäö instead of |, thats a good thing. My first thought was
diffrenses in regional setings like Language for non-Unicode programs or the
Code page conversion tables so i changed the 2003 server so it was exactly
the same as my Win XP machine but no luck.

If anyone have any idea why my application dont work and shows åäö on the
2003server please post.
