You are welcome.

Once authorised, and once the scope is activated, it should not stop
working. It should always be running never supposed to stop.
Check in the event viewer.. when the DHCP stopped it might have logged an
error. If you find an error regarding this, it can also take you to the
corresponding help page.
Otherwise post the event ID here.
