Hello Jazo,

Please describe in detail your AD sites and services setup, site names, subnets and how the DC's and subnet's are located in them.

Hello Jazo,

If you have 3 DC's in that site, yes.

Hi, Thank you for your reply.
My IP Configuration hasn't changed in the last year. This problem
begain i
mounth again.
The users are configured with the DC/DNS on there Site but when I go
into
the DNS _msdcs - dc - sites - <sitename> . I'm seeing sevaral
_kerberos
entries with the same weights. There are three _kerberos (SRV)
servers and
three _ladap servers under the one Site.
Is this correct?

Hello Jazo,

If the clients are conifgured to use the site DNS server as
preferred on the NIC and AD sites and services are configured with
the subnet belonging to the site and the DC is also in that site,
it should not use another DC. Except the DC/DNS server has
problems.

Please post an uneditd ipconfig /all from one site DC/DNS and a
client in that site where you have the problem.

Hi,
I'm having trouble getting the correct logon DC for some sites
when
users
logon to the domain. Everything is divided correctly in ADSS and
correct
subnet's. We have intergrated DNS with AD. When I look into DNS
I'm
seeing
the srv records (_ldap, _gc, _kerberos) many places. They are
stored
in
_MSDCS, _Sites, DomainDNSZones and ForestDnsZones. Which part is
replaying to
the users when they logon to the Domain?
Thanks for any help here.
