Hello cossio,
Do you have a record in the forward/reverse lookup zone of the DNS server?
Do you use secure/nonsecure dynamic updates?
Is the DHCP clinet service started(needed for DNS registration)?
If you run ipconfig /registerdns it should run only with a message about "takes round 15 minutes".

I have a small domain a single server with active directory and DNS
server but once a month stops acepting connections the only problem I
have found is from netdiag see attached also attached is the output
from DCDIAG AND IPCONFIG /ALL
