Subdomains in W2K3

Hello,

We run Windows 2003 domains with integerated DNS. For example, our domain is
rd.com. I want to create a subdomain for rd.com, say RESEARCH.rd.com. We
currently have an MX for rd.com and I would like to add a new MX for
subdomain RESEARCH.rd.com. How could I do this and is there a procudure lsit
I could follow to get this accomplished.
