Hi Kevin,
Thank you very much for your reply. Now I am getting both of these
events every after 63 minutes. Before I was only getting every 3
minutes. Following are the details of both the events:
Event 4521
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: DNS
Event Category: None
Event ID: 4521
Date: 7/31/2008
Time: 12:38:58 PM
User: N/A
Computer: DELLSERVER
Description:
The DNS server encountered error 9002 attempting to load zone . from
Active Directory. The DNS server will attempt to load this zone again
on the next timeout cycle. This can be caused by high Active
Directory load and may be a transient condition.
Create a new zone, store it in Active Directory, name it with a "."(dot),
let it replicate to all DCs. Then remove the zone from AD by clearing the
"Store in Active Directory" check box, force a replication, then delete the
zone.

Event 9999
Event Type: Warning
Event Source: DNS
Event Category: None
Event ID: 9999
Date: 7/31/2008
Time: 12:38:58 PM
User: N/A
Computer: DELLSERVER
Description:
The DNS server has encountered numerous run-time events. To determine
the initial cause of these run-time events, examine the DNS server
event log entries that preceded these run-time events. The data is
the number of events that have been suppressed in the last 60 minute
interval.
the 9999 events are probably being caused by the 4521 events. Clear those
up, and the 9999 events will likely stop.
