Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry


This may be a little off-topic, but I'm trying to take a close look at my AD/DNS/WINS setup to figure out why I can't seem to browse Network Neighborhood over an SSL vpn.

I've seen several KB articles with references to the utility nbstat.exe, but I can't seem to actual find that utility.

It's not a part of the 2003 Resouce Kit, and if some other utility has assumed it's functions, I can find any mention of it.

Any assistance will be apreciated, as I'm just spinning my wheels here. Even google is not help.
