Your netdiag output seems to hold a big key, does the netlogon.dns
file
exist in the location it is look at?
This file contains the netlogon records that this DC should be
registering in DNS.

I just noticed that this is x64, you may be using the wrong version of
Netdiag. Did you download it, or install the Support Tools from the x64 CD?
