L Root Server Has a New IP?

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

I'm not sure if this has been asked or not. Today, I just notice that DNS
root server (l.root-servers.net) has a new IP. The old IP no longer answers
queries since May 1, 2008. The article is at: http://l.root-servers.org/

My Win2003 L root server still points to the old address at 198.32.64.12.
Has anyone edit/change your Windows DNS Root Hints (L root server) to point
to the new IP?
