But this time will it serve for the my clients?
I mean there is only internal interface, do i need add all my client ip's
one by one?

And also when i look dns entries, there is two entry named as
intserv1 which ip's are different.
I have unchecked "register this connection's addresses in DNS" from
advanced properties of tcp/ip properties.
Although i have deleted this entries for external interfaces, it come
back again.
DNS servers will them selves create an A record for the IP address(es)
configured as listening addresses on the Interfaces tab. If you only want
one host/IP record, set the "Listen on" only to the IPs you want the host
record created for.
