two interface two entry

I have two interface on DC which is also ISA server.
both interface have registered on DNS server with same name.

but i dont want to register both, because for example when we try to ping it
resolves wrong ip address sometimes and it cause other errors.

How can i resolve this problem?, it is urgent.
