You're on the right track, but if you're barracuda box is supposed to be
your MX server, you need to delete the mail.heartworld.com MX record and
make it point to barracuda.heartworld.com.
QUESTION SECTION:
heartworld.com. IN MX

ANSWER SECTION:
heartworld.com. 6109 IN MX 10 mail.heartworld.com.

ADDITIONAL SECTION:
mail.heartworld.com. 6109 IN A 199.72.199.77


Many mail servers will not accept mail from a server if the HELO-EHLO name
does not match the MX record.
Plus your barracuda box's HELO-EHLO name appears to be:
***********************************2*****0**000*******0**********
This should be corrected, it looks like your cat walked across your keyboard
when you were setting your HELO-EHLO name
