192.168.0.1 but if i try to join domain i get domain not found & it
says chk dns.

The computers on the 192.168.9.0 network need to be set up to use only the
DNS server IP from your 192.168.0.0 network (which I presume would be
192.168.0.1).
I'm presuming you're using VLANs....what's the reason for the existing
config?
