Both of the DNS servers appear to be your ISP's DNS servers which is not
what you originally posted in your original thread in this group.
Use the internal DNS servers only, which is usually the DC's IP address.
Completely remove the external DNS servers from all Interfaces on all
machines in the domain, even if you have only one DC/DNS.

You can configure them as forwarders for your internal DNS servers only.
