Are you able to ping the website address or is the problem onlyHi Scooty
specific to say IE? Are all these systems staticly assigned or DHCP
assigned? Can you ping the FQDN of the server?
What does ipconfig /all show you?
Also try an ipconfig /registerdns
Thanks for your help.
I am not able to ping www.mywebsite.com
We have a DHCP server.
Yes I can ping FQDN myserver.mywebsite.com
Here it is ipconfig /all
C:\Documents and Settings\its>ipconfig /all

61.9.134.49
This is a big problem here, remove both of the ISP DNS servers from the DHCP
scope and from the static clients.
Then in your internal DNS server, in the mywebsite.com zone, create a new
host record, name it www, then give it the IP of the website.

Thank you Kevin, it does make sense when I read your post, and this issue is
resolved.
One more question related to this website as well please.
sometimes on some PCs we can go www.mywebsite.com/controlpanels to check our
email that is hosted by the third party. And most of the time on the same Pc
we can't. Any idea?
Once again much appreciated.
Cheers
