Hello Bob,
Did you have configured a forwarder on your DNS server to the ISP's DNS server? In your configuration the clients aks the internal DNS server on your main site for http://www.msn.com and waits for the answer. If your internal DNS has no connection to internet or does not know where to forward the request the name resolution stops here.

Hello Bob,
I did not realized that you where talking about 2 locations. So that
was the reason for 10.80.x.x and 10.81.x.x i assume? So how is your
network setup? Between the two locations a router and the router has
also the ISP connection? Please describe in short how it looks, also
how are your DNS servers are placed.

Meinolf,
I changed the subnet mask to reflect what you suggested. Same
results
plus
if it was the subnet mask impact more then just the IE Browser not
be
able to
find the server or page.

Hello Bob,
In ASICORP01 you use the
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 10.80.110.32
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 10.80.110.6
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 10.80.110.32
In LL3E8385
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 10.81.190.53
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 10.81.190.6
DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 10.80.110.32
DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 10.80.110.32
10.80.110.37
The point is the 10.80.x.x and the 10.81.x.x With the Subnet mask
255.255.255.0 this is not possible. Either you have to change the
SM to 255.0.0.0 or the client ip address to 10.80.x.x
