I figured out how to do all....
I just quit the Firewall / ICS service in my 2003 Server and
everything works fine. Now I have to find out wich port I have to
allow trough the Win Firewall, for the DHCP Service to work
correctly.
Having the DHCP service OK I can send parameters using it, to all the
clients on my network (DNS Servers, Router, etc).
Any help would be appreciated in the DHCP port or parameter to change
in the firewall.
Disable the firewall on the DC, you are behind a router, which will act as
the firewall.
There are far to many ports needed to try to open each and every port needed
for Active Directory to work.
