Access external FQDN site internally

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi all,

Is there any way to do the following:

We currently host RWW and OWA internally on our SBS box, and a
subdomain email.domain.com is linked to our static IP address for
external access. Therefore, we just type in email.domain.com/Exchange
for OWA and email.domain.com/Remote for RWW. However, internally, we
can only access OWA and RWW by doing domain.local/Exchange and
domain.local/Remote.

Is there any way of being able to use email.domain.com/Exchange (or
Remote)? I realise that i just have to create another Forward Lookup
Zone, with Host (A) records for email.domain.com HOWEVER, as
email.domain.com is off our domain.com company website, it does not
allow us to view our website anymore which is hosted externally.

Any ideas?

Thanks all

.
