Set up a WINS server and have all clients use the WINS server also.

I'm running Windows server 2003 and I have a lot of different subnets
setup.
All the computers are members of the domain.
On some of the subnets, I cannot ping some of the computers by name if I'm
outside of that subnet. (I can ping the computer by ip address but not
name). If I am inside the subnet, I can ping the computer by name just
fine.
i.e I have:
SUB1-PC1
SUB1-PC2
SUB1-PC3
SUB1-PC4
When I'm in SUB1 (subnet 1)...I can ping anything by name.
When I'm in SUB2 (subnet 2)... I can only ping certain computers by name.
ie. I can only ping PC1 and PC2 but NOT PC3 or 4. But I can ping
everything by IP address.
I've tried doing an NSLOOKUP from a different subnet and it correctly
resolves some names but not others.
Just so you know, I'm using a Cisco DHCP switch to provide DHCP addresses
to
all the clients.
