It looks like SECONDS to me.
Do the math Herb, it is hours (since 1/1/1601)
0=1/1/1601
3559278 ([ 6: 0: 0] [ 1/16/2007]) or 6AM 1/16/2007
When doing the math, don't forget that 1700, 1800, & 1900 were not leap
years but 2000 was. (aka Leap Century).
All years hrs
406X365=148190X24=3556560
Leap Days hrs
98X24=2352+3556560=3558912
0600 Jan 16 = 15 full days + 6 hrs on the 16th
15X24=360+6=366+3558912=
[3559278]
