Apparently the policy says to use BIND in DNS server. Tried the latest
version 9.3.3 but it did not make any changes. Stick back to ver 8.4.4 and
the CPU usage looks good so far.

It is STUPID to have that as an AUTOMATIC policy for
Windows AD.

People who make such policies without taking the actual cases
into consideration are unprofessional.
