You're missing the last trace

MTU
- Very good point from Master Kevin
- The MTU can be an Issue:
Test your MTU from the problem server by pinging the gateway of your
router: ping -f <router gateway IP> -l 1472
You will get one of three responses;
the ping will return, "Packet needs to be fragmented but DF set." or
it will timeout.
Actually Jorge, there are three responses, the third reponse could and
should be a return of the pinged address.
I had an MTU issue a few years back, before I ever even new what an MTU was,
it took me a while to figure it out. He needs to start at his own machine,
ping it with a 1472 byte packet, then ping his machine's gateway (router)
address with a 1472 byte packet, then ping the next gateway with 1472 byte
packet, if he pings a router that returns a time out or "Packet needs to be
fragmented but DF set.", then he should reduce the packet size to that
router until the ping returns.
Then find the issue with that router as to why it is using a reduced MTU
setting and either increase its MTU, or reduce the MTU on the interface on
his machine and every machine and interface that goes through the router.
MTU issues are common in a PPPoE DSL connection.
