The DNS server is configured to forward to a non-recursive DNS
server at 24.94.163.33.

DNS servers in forwarders list MUST be configured to process
recursive queries. Either
1) fix the forwarder (24.94.163.33) to allow recursion
- connect to it with DNS Manager
- bring up server properties
- open "Advanced" tab
- uncheck "Disable Recursion"
- click OK
OR
2) remove this forwarder from this servers forwarders list
- DNS Manager
- bring up server properties
- open "Forwarders" tab
- remove (24.94.163.33) from list of forwarders
- click OK

All forwarders MUST support recursion, do just a the event says, remove the
server from the forwarders list. You do not have any control over whether it
supports recursion or not, but you do have control over whether you use it
as a forwarder. Either contact your ISP to get a DNS server that supports
recursion to use as a forwarder, use another DNS as a forwarder that
supports recursion, or completely remove the forwarder and clear the check
box on the forwarders tab "Do not use recursion for this domain"

If you have disabled recursion on your server on the Advanced tab, it (your
DNS)cannot be used as an Internet DNS resolver by your clients because it
will only resolve names for which it owns in its zones.
