I would think your problem is more of one that involves a single label
domain name.

Without going into all the details, suffice it to say I have many
issues on my home LAN. None are my any means severe, just annoying.
From time to time I try and get around to fixing it, but you know how
that is.

Anyway, my domain name is MYHOME_DOMAIN. Just like that, with the
underscore. Could this be a source of problems. Seems I heard it can
be an issue if you have "non-standard" characters in the name. If it
is a problem, what exactly would the impact of renaming it be and how
hard is it to do? It is a Windows 2000 Advanced Server as the DC.
