One thing to keep in mind when doing this is to keep an I on your NS
servers in the zone. I have noticed sometiems, even when you properly
demote a server, dns server, etc, it doesnt take the NS from the AD
integrated zone and leaves the name with (unknown) ip in the zone. just
manually delete it and any reocrd(s) pointing back to the old dns
server(s) and you should be good to go
