I check the log settings in the console. It was and is set to errors and
warnings. I restarted the services again and still nothing. Any other
thoughts?

Sure....

Let's start by a simple process:

- Go to DNS console, right click on the DNS server choose properties, go
to
the event logging tab, and check which option is selected (probably =
Nonevents and that's why isn't logging nothing)

I don't seem to be having any trouble. Everything is working great.
As for my FRS log, I just figured when it replicated with my other
DC
it would log something. I will restart the server this weekend and
see if there are any entries recorded. Thanks for the post. I just
found odd that there were no entries in the logs. I guess though if
no problems then shouldn't worry so much.
Thanks again
Rich

As Jorge said, not the whole server, just the DNS service. It won't
cause
any problems restarting it.

FRS will only report if there are errors.
