Owners' and selecting 'Replicate deletion to other servers' - that
doesn't remove the invalid data.
If you choose the option to replicate the deletion to other WINS server it
will tombstone the records owned by that WINS server, if you want the
records gone delete them only from this server. You will have to do the same
on all WINS servers.
