Like many others here, I too have a small issue with WINS. I
couldn't find another forum for this topic .. if i'm in the wrong
place I apologize now.

I've got 4 sites with 2 Wins servers in each.

The Root DC seems to be the only WINS server that has the correct
information in it.

The others all have Owners listed (along with all of their records)
that no longer exist in the domain. I've tried going through 'Delete
Owners' and selecting 'Replicate deletion to other servers' - that
doesn't remove the invalid data.

If you choose the option to replicate the deletion to other WINS server it
will tombstone the records owned by that WINS server, if you want the
records gone delete them only from this server. You will have to do the same
on all WINS servers.
