I have recently migrated our DNS from a single, standard Primary and a
single, standard Secondary to AD Integrated on W2K3 R2. DNS is
working correctly.

I observed that there are no events logged in the DNS Server event
log since the Event ID 711 which indicates that the zone type was
changed to AD Integrated.

Where are DNS-related events logged for AD Integrated zones?

In the event log. Don't worry about not getting any events with AD
integrated zones, if all is working right, you'll only see event 2 when the
DNS server starts.
Unlike standard Primary/Secondary zones, there are no zone transfers to log
and zone serial changes are not logged. You may go days or weeks without
events being logged if the service is not restarted.
