Convert DNS zones to Active Directory Integrated online ?

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Can we change the DNS zone type anytime without any problem with the clients
?
Do you make all DNS servers zones primary then or how does it work ? Now we
have a lot of primary DNS zones on one DC server and on the other DC servers
we have secondary zones.
Our goal is to let all DCs with DNS be able to update an DNS entry.

Please help me out !

Sincerely
