Your link doesn't exist. As for VOIP services, you'll need a VOIP provider,
such as Vonage or Comcast. If you want to use VOIP at home internally, then
you'll need to purchase VOIP capable phones with a centrail VOIP switch
(such as Cisco, Avaya, etc). I do not know the costs. You can also get away
with Skipe phone over IP using your computer.
