Yes, All Domain Controllers in the Domain (MicrosoftDNS) is supported by
Win2k and Win2k3,
All DNS server in the domain (DomainDNSZones) and
All DNS servers in the forest (ForestDNSZones) are only supported by Win2k3
Domain Controllers.

All my DC's are DNS servers so is there a difference?
Assuming all DCs are Win2k3 it only matters if you have DCs running Win2k3
in the same forest but not in the same domain.
ForestDNSZones are replicated to all Domain controllers running Win2k3 in
the AD forest regardless if they are in the same domain. While
DomainDNSZones are replicated only to DNS servers in the same domain running
Win2k3.

If I understand correctly, they should all be set the same?
All Zones of the same name should have the same replication settings.

Also, how do I see what partition the zones are stored in?
Right click on the zones, select properties, on the General tab click the
Replication button.
