General DNS Questions ... Conifguring DNS

Hello my apologies in advance if this a newbie question...
But I now have my ISP who has given me 1 static IP Address and 2 Static

DNS Server addresses... I want to host my own DNS Server on the same
server that is my PDC, And Exchange Server.

What do I do with the two DNS Servers addresses that I got from my ISP?

Where do I plug them in into windows DNS so I can run my own DNS?
What records must I make for my site? SOA? A Record? Etc...

My two DNS servers addresses are:
167.206.245.21
167.206.245.85

Again Sorry for this question, but any help or advice is greatly
appricated.

Thank you,

rob
