Cannot register DNS record in DNS server

Hello:

I have problem that the client cannot register DNS record on AD DNS.

1.) I have make sure the primary DNS was point to the correct IP Address
2.) I have try to "ipconfig /registerdns" it show has initiated.
3.) The DHCP Client has started.

*PS: I have enable the NT4Emulator & NeutralizeNT4Emulator. Does it will
affect?
