NuBee <NuBee@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> stated, which I commented on below:
Thank you! The articles were very informative and helpful!

Question: If I use those Forwarder's IP (4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2) as you
suggested, will my DNS servers try to resolve the name/ip first and
if it can't, then forwared the request on to the 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2
Forwarder's?

One question, what DNS IP address is in your machine's IP properties? I;m
curious because if it's not the DNS server that you want to use to resolve,
then of course it won't resolve.

Provide us an unedited ipconfig /all of the machine.

Thanks

Instead of the website you're using, I suggest to use OEx (Outlook Express
or any other newsreader), and configure a news account, pointing to
news.microsoft.com. This is a direct link to the Microsoft Public
Newsgroups. It is FREE and requires NO ISP's Usenet account. OEx allows you
to easily find, track threads, cross-post, sort by date, poster's name,
watched threads or subject.
