On the servers I am unable to access for other domains, the DNS

are correct - DNS set to point to the local DNS server. Right now,
no WINS server is specified as I would prefer to get it working
without WINS.
Is it possible DNS on Domain A is not communicating properly with the
DNS of Domain B? Like I said, I can access all the other servers in
Domain A. The ones that were recently added are not being accessed
which might indicate something is not being replicated between
DNS.....
Are you able to resolve their IP addresses using nslookup?
Is the Windows Firewall enabled?
