After seeing the result i understood that the domain TEST.com whcih
was working on Intranet with Ip address 192.168.1.5 is piblically
registered at 65.254.231.116

So every time i ping any of the mahcine on TEST.com it results with
pinging this public IP. Still my DNS is not working if i do NSlookup

From the looks of what you are posting, you aren't using your DNS. Either
that, or your DNS does not have a test.com zone or you have an invalid
suffix in your ipconfig.

Please post an unedited ipconfig /all and your Active Directory DNS domain
name from ADU&C.
